Do you eve feel like you're getting ready for a week or two of camping rather than a simple run? Here's my usual routine:
Put on running clothes
Moisten chest and strap on HRM
Put on HRM wristband
Apply gel to potential blister spots on feet before socks and shoes
Tie back hair and put on Hoo Rag to avoid sweat
Strap on fanny pack and put in two bottles of water to offset FL heat
Put on sun glasses
Start HRM
Start GPS tracker on phone
Plug in iPod Touch, put in headphones, start music and C25K
Put phone and iPod In Fanny pack
FINALLY get going!
Am I the only one with an extensive checklist before I can go on a simple run?

lol this made me giggle. Sounds a bit like mine too. Except I don't use a fanny pack or bring water. I put my armband on to place my phone. And I put on my roadid bracelet.0

I always feel kind of geeky with the fanny pack, but when I run first thing in the morning, I know I need to hydrate since I went all night without water. It goes down so good after a sprint.0

I'm the same apart from the water, overheating isn't much of a problem in Scotland, lol! I just have a glass of water before I head out.0
