no mayo chicken salad

1 red or green apple diced fine
1 chicken breast grilled and diced
1 red onion diced fine
1 celery stalk diced fine

dressing 1 avocado mashed with 1 tsp lime and 2 tsp apple vinegar till thin (may need slightly more) and 1 tsp of raw honey

toss together and serve .good in a wrap,pita bread, or on a bed of lettuce or just by itself

    Whats the stats do you know? This sounds tasty and if it has the right stats might be a dinner for me this week

    :happy: it is 150 calories and has 5 g of fat,5 grams of protein,5 grams of fiber,14 carbs and 8 grams of sugar per 1cup of lettuce and 3/4 cup of chicken salad :flowerforyou:
