Hi all,

I am wondering about the seated row move. I finished workout A5? (started the 10 rep part) of stage one yesterday. I can always feel this move in my lower back. But my question is which clip thing do you use? I like to use the short bar or the double rope thing but all the videos show that weird triangle attachment.

Any thoughts? What is the difference between them?

    hi chuckles -

    1. you should feel the move in your arms and upper back, not your lower back. you need to focus on bringing your shoulder blades together.
    2. not sure what triangle attachment you are referring to. My book has the short bar. I use that.

    I like the triangle best and then the short bar. I don't think the rope would be that great for these.

    Agree that you need to focus on keeping your back straight and doing the work with your shoulders instead of bending your waist forwards and backwards.
