Hi everyone,
In a prolonged moment of procrastination while trying to do an assignment I stumbled across a topic on MFP about em2wl. I checked out the website and immediately decided this is exactly what I need.
I've been on MFP for about 10 months now, and have lost 10kgs, had several plateaus, starved myself, binged, made bad life choices, over exercised, undereaten, tried to under eat, worried about eating blah blah blah. To be honest, it's taken over my life and I need to learn to not worry about what I eat so much. Which is strange, considering all my life I've been overweight and worried about what I eat, but haven't had the willpower to change it (except with MFP, and living as a poor student away from home where delicious home foods are not available).
I've just completed a novice rowing season, love running (most of the time) and have completed stage one of NROL4W. I'm also training for a half marathon next month. Although it was a slow transformation (and interrupted by rowing), the 1st stage of NROL4W did work wonders for me and I've made a bit of headway into stage 2 now.
So please, please add me on MFP - it'll be nice to have some friends who are eating a healthy amount of cals and like to pick up heavy things.
Peace out.
