    I was just curious what the weight looks like because I have been a bit down lately in terms of weight loss. I know I started late last Dec, but still...

    My husband says I've lost a noticeable bit, and so has everyone else (family and friends,) but all I see is the same sized me in the mirror.

    So, I started looking for anything on the net in terms of what 40 lbs looked like exactly, and found this photo.

    It really puts it into perspective if it's truly accurate. I have to say, it really did make me feel a bit better :)
