Not sure if that's QUITE the right word for it, but what do you listen to or do while you're working out? Do you just listen to the DVD or music? Maybe another television? Anymore listening to Jillian chat about how much this should hurt instill a dark burning rage deep on my formerly lazy soul, so anymore I mute her and have been playing angry, crass hip hop instead (Girl Talk) which... I'm not normally into, but works really well to pump me up for working out? Strange!

I usually mute her now, and crank up some 80s hair band music. Might have to try the angry chick music since I am developing a love hate relationship with Jillian LOL0 -
I mute her and listen to a playlist I put together on my laptop. The only draw back is having to look up when you're doing exercises with your head down, i.e. push-ups...0

I've only done 6 days so far, but prefer to keep it on Jillian. That way, I can yell at her, argue with her, plead for mercy, and generally gasp out a full-blown temper tantrum and pretend she can hear me, too.0

I mute her because she is annoying at times and I put on my Pandora to my pop and hip hop power workout station. They play amazing music and it keeps me energized to the very end of the workout and sometimes after. :happy:0
