Continue on program or take a short "break"?

I am starting week 16 of the program, but next week, will be on a business trip all week. Luckily, the hotel I will be at gives me access to one of those 24hour fitness gyms across the street from them, so I could in fact continue on as normal. My other thought was to take a "break", but not from working out, but from the program for a week. So something like doing higher rep/lower weight for a week as part of a overall recovery/changeup.

Thoughts?

    16 weeks on, it won't hurt to take a week off. Let the little dings and pains heal up.

    That was my thought as well. My grip has been suffering with the heavy deadlifts and rows, so maybe a week of doing lighter weight/higher reps might the trick to getting it back to normal.
