How do I know when I'm ready for a new week?

So yesterday I finished week 3. The 3 minute runs were hard but I managed to run through them. I took a peek at week 4 hoping to start today. It looks hard! I barely got through last week. I heard some people repeat weeks. How do I know if I'm ready?

You made it through Week 3; you're ready for Week 4. Each new week is going to look hard but the program is designed so that you can do it. Slow your pace down. Even if you think you're already slow, go slower. You can do Week 4. You are ready.

someone posted this in the tips forum and I love it.

What I do is on my last day of the week and the last run I just keep running. I run for as long as I can and I have noticed that every week I can run a little bit more. I am up to 15 minutes of running after my work out. I do still do the last walk and then the cool down for 10-15 minutes.

Today was my Week 4 day 1 and I was not scared. On my last run last week I ran for 15 minutes and realized that 5 minutes is nothing. Seeing the fact that I could run longer then what is required helps me more then me just telling myself I can do it. I do still keep telling myself that I can do it.
