hi , i am new to this group. how do i start this program since there is no scheduled workout plan here?

I started by buying the ebook New Rules of Lifting for Women, read it, then bought the stuff I needed to workout at home, and just completed the whole program a few weeks, in about 7 months. I couldn't have done any of it without buying the first.0

the whole group is based on the book, which i highly recommend reading. the workout plan (plus lots of other info) are included. i am still trying to wrap my mind around some if the information! it was very eye opening for me and i am enjoying the workouts thus far.0

you can get a used copy for less than $9! i read mine in just a few days and i've really enjoyed the program so far. can't wait to go again this evening!0
