Does anyone know if there's a 'quick reference' list of calories/carb counts in each MF meal?
When shopping, the site doesn't give you the nutrition info (as far as I'm aware), but I would like to make a better 'plan' of my next shipment, to be sure that I'm planning days that are balanced between the higher-carb and lower-carb foods.

I don't know but you could just look them up on my fitness pal, it'll show you all the info. Might take a little more time than you are looking for.0

There's a product nutrition quick guide that I downloaded from the site.
It lists all of the MF products and gives the nutrition info on each of them . The list is an 8-page PDF document.
