how to convert 17dd % of c/p/f

I posted this in the general group but maybe someone here can help me..

I am trying to figure out how to convert the 17 day diet into my plan/goals but I am not sure what the percent of protein/carbs/fats are allowed. Has anyone figured this out? does that even make sense?

I have done the 17dd on my own and lost a considerable amount of weight but I'd like to get the last few lbs off and I am having trouble staying motivated, so I thought keeping track might help.

    I would take a couple of the recipes and plug them into your food diary. See where they fall in general and use that as a guideline. Tweak it as needed for your individual needs.
