Need help, ladies! BBL/NMTZ/KB&T/Butt Bible

Hey girls! I just joined MFL and need help desperately! I am 23 yo, 5'3 (almost 5'4), 108 pounds.. the dreaded "SKINNY FAT". I'm trying to tighten up so I'm not self conscious in short shorts or a bikini this summer, but I'm not really trying to lose weight. I'm also super busy, so I'm only really able to spend a max. 45 minutes a day working out for right now.

So, my goals are basically:
-tighten thighs
-lift and firm up my butt (definitely not trying to lose volume)
-tighten mid-section (i'm being realistic though. i'm not able to dedicate enough time to my workouts to expect a six pack any time soon)

So, with that being said, where should I start???

I've narrowed down my interests to Butt Bible, No More Trouble Zones, Brazil Butt Lift, and Killer Buns and Thighs. I am spoiled by Jillian Michaels and will honestly get discouraged if I don't start seeing at least some change in the first few weeks. I know it's bad, but I definitely am the type to lose motivation if after a month I feel like there is no noticeable difference in my body.

Any ideas? Any recommendations other than what I mentioned? Do any of these seem like a good fit for my goals? Have you done any of these and care to share your experience/review?

Thank you so much!! I am so excited to get started and appreciate all of the help I can get!

I know what you mean about skinny fat, but the good news for you is that you will tone up quickly as long as you are consistent. 45 minutes 3-4 days a week is way more than enough time for that too. I've heard good things about the Brazil butt lift workout but haven't tried it. Personally I get bored sticking to just one workout so I like a variety of things. I've done Insanity and that is a major lower body workout. There's a lot of jumping and squats so you are definitely going to tone up those legs and mid section.
Don't give up after a month either!!! I think you will see results but take a picture before and then look at a month later so you can really compare. You can do it!
  • Thank you so much for your response! I'm going to look at the Insanity website now.. I never even considered it because I figured that it would be way too intense for me and I wouldn't be able to keep up. I'm feeling so encouraged now!

I have seen people get really good results from insanity if they can stick to it. I did the 30 day shred for only fifteen days strait and lost 8lbs and seven inches. And it is only 22 min. Personally I prefer weight lifting. I have got really good results and lowered my body fat 10% in two months from just weight lifting. No cardio. I love it. And 45 is defiantly enough time! :)
