So I know I'm not the best in shape, but I like to think I'm a very capable person (was always doings sports and am not a weakling)
BUT! Has anyone else ever experienced this the first few times they did the exercise: getting spots in vision as if you're close to blacking out? I mean I don't think it's as severe as I'm saying and when I do notice this, I just push pause and rest a bit longer.
If you've experienced it, what did you do to help get over that hurdle?

It's really important to make sure you're breathing properly. You may be holding your breathe and not even realizing it. Pay particularly close attention to breathing in and out. Out when it's really tough. Definitely pause and rest when you're feeling that way. Hopefully it gets easier soon. Maybe lower your weights as well.0
