Good morning everyone!!!
I've been doing yoga for a few months, and I am so in love with it.
I love what not only what it's doing for my body, but also it has given me contentment and humbleness. It has relieved my stress tremendously during yoga but also has put keeping a positive light mindset to the for front of my thoughts.
I become so proud of myself when I can hold my tree poses a little firmer with each class and my lunges become lower and stronger. Right now I've been doing classes on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays at my gym and have found 2 instructors I adore. However probably by summer I might join a yoga center to increase my challenge.
I wanted to join this group to find other people on a similar journey, feel free to add me.
