Additional special workouts?

Hi Ladies. I just started Stage 1 this week and have planned the stage to do 3 workouts a week. I realized I've run into a problem though. If I continue at 3 workouts a week, and do the 2 specialized workouts immediately afterwards, my rest week ends up being the week BEFORE we go on our annual camping trip (1 week long). Since I don't want to take 2 weeks off, can I just go a few additional special workouts (as many reps as you can do or repeat workout 8 before specialized workouts)? What would you recommend??

    I would not recommend doing extra AMRAP workouts, but before that, I think it's totally fine to add an extra regular workout or two if needed to get you to a needed rest week time. I did that during several of the stages.
