This weeks challenge is walking lunges!! I hate them so this will be a challenge for me! One minute forward, then turn around and walking lunges for one minute back, for a total of 2 minutes!! It sounds simple but it's not if you're doing them correctly. Check out youtube for examples. Please join me!!

A WHOLE 2 minutes?!?!? My legs are already killing me from Body Pump lunges and you are right, they are not fun. I can't commit...yet0

I'm in, a day late of course. So I will make up yesterday's 2 mins over the weekend. Legs and knees are still a bit tight from the Tough Mudder on the weekend, but I hopefully can do this.0
