    WAY TO GO GUYS!!!! I sure wish I could join you. I started this thread and I'm the one 'not in' :(

    Some of you know that I fell a few weeks ago and have a compression fracture in my back and so I can't start quite yet but soon, very, very soon!!! I will follow your progress tho - keep me posted!!!

    You will be working out with us in no time, and you'll be back and better than ever! I did WO1 this morning and am getting ready to do Cardio 1 this afternoon for the Jump Start week!
