What do people use to log your exercise on here? Does anyone know the specific amount of calories each workout burns or is there an exercise we can plug in? Thanks

Under Cardio exercise, I created my own. The easiest way to figure out the calories you burn is by getting a heart rate monitor.
If you don't want to do all that, just log it as "High Impact Aerobics". It won't be completely accurate, but it's better than nothing.0 -
