Fresh Tomato and Zucchini Pizza

1 T cornmeal
1 can refrigerated pizza dough
1 cup thinly sliced zucchini
4 plum tomatoes seed and sliced
1/4 t black pepper
4 oz mozzarella shredded
1/2 c fresh basil

preheat oven 400
sprinkle cornmeal onto cookie sheet
shape dough into 12" square
arrange veggies on dough
sprinkle with pepper
and bake for 15 minutes

top with cheese and bake another 5 minutes
top with basil and let rest for 10 minutes
