I know that none on you really know me or anything, but, just wanted to share something with someone outside of my family and friends...a couple of years ago, my wife and I bought a set of scales that would weigh up to 400 lbs...the last time that I was able to use them was immediately after my gall bladder surgery 2 years ago after I lost weight simply because I couldn't eat...Well, even though I'm technically still over 400 lbs, the scales were able to weigh me in today at 403.1....I may have even lost a bit more after doing the happy dance that I done in celebration... :)

    Thanks all for the words of encouragement and such...I know it is only one small victory in a much larger war...but, I'm determined to have plenty of these small victories to celebrate... :)
