Finally, after having a FBG of around 100 - 105 forever, I finally woke to a 86 today!

    So then I go and mess up by forgetting my metformin Friday night (total work chaos - I got bites of salad between phone calls)

    Got a 106 today which is still ok, but my head hurts and I just dont feel "right"

    I won't do that again!
