The dreaded weekend

Well it's almost upon us. The weekend.
I know that I have an issue being healthy on the weekends, and then it throws me off. So this weekend I am going to try my hardest, and I hope you all do too!
My main goal for this weekend is no unhealthy choices. I have an Awareness walk tomorroow morning, so I know I will get a good workout, but good food choices need to happen too!
So that's what I'm shooting for this weekend. Any of you have any goals or targets ?

    I like to try to keep to healthy eating on weekends and use them for really intense workouts since I won't have work or anything. This weekend I plan to get in some time with Jillian Micheals and trying to stick to healthy eating.
