Pick up where I left off or start over?

I got stuck right there mid way on day 15. Trying to decide do I pick up at day 16 or just start the challenge over so that I can try again to step up to the plate and complete it this time. I did see some improvement, my butt was actually lifting up.
Humm which way should I go with this...HELP!:brokenheart:

    Just pick up where you left off and use a rest day to make up the missed. I did that a few times when I went through this challenge the 1st time.

    Im going thorough it again... so far I haven't missed a day, though its only been a week:happy:

    Keep it up!!! you'll be through with the challenge before you know it!

    Im going to start it again. I didn't pick it back up. I am going to start the challenge over, Im not giving up until I complete all 30 days. This time I have a partner to do it with.
    Starting day is May 23, 2013.
