Hello everyone. Today is a planned off day from the calendar. For me, it's a make up day. I'll be doing a workout that I missed during the week and am planning on doing some elliptical to burn off this huge plate of Chinese food I just inhaled...

    Today I've walked 14km in two hours and 40 minutes :)

    I missed the last 3 days cause my little brother was in town, staying at our place so I'm going to start with the 18th & see how much I can get done from there. I'm feeling pretty lazy but I'm sure I'll be into it once I start.

    Ahh, chinese food!! Jealous! So I got yesterday done but I couldn't get all the way through the 17th..I'll have to do the last two videos & day 16 at some point still.
