Week 9
1. 4/7 days of exercise = 1 lbs advantage
2. Person that walks/runs/bikes/swims the farthest = 1 lbs advantage
3. Completing 20 minutes of cardio calisthenics = 1 lbs advantage
4. Pack lunch each day or incorporate more fruits/veggies into your lunch = 1 lbs advantage
5. Post a picture of one lunch this week = 1 lbs advantage

I am thinking about combining this team with the Orange/Brown Team. Both are getting fairly small, and it might rejuvenate the groups to be put together. Thoughts??0

Thought I posted updates yesterday but guess not
1. 4/7 days of exercise = 1 lbs advantage - 5/7 workouts completed - I work out 6 days a week with M-F being being twice a day for a total of 11 workout per week.
2. Person that walks/runs/bikes/swims the farthest = 1 lbs advantage - 4 miles 6/11 - 3 miles 6/12 - 6 miles 6/13 My total for this week is 13 miles
3. Completing 300 push-ups = 1 lbs advantage - 40 + 60 +50 +100 = 250
4. Team Challenge: Burn approx. 2100 calories this week = 1 lbs advantage (if entire team succeeds in getting desired burn), extra 1 lbs advantage for team with highest burn - Added another 1153 for a total of 6462 - I'll stand with the 6462 burn
5. 5/7 days with no desserts = 1 lbs advantage, extra 1 lbs advantage for posting dessert recipe - no dessert all week

Hey all! I got several positive responses about my idea for combining teams so I decided to go ahead and do it. The sooner it happens, the sooner we get to know each other. We now have two teams! Feel free to keep reporting to the same captain as far as weigh-ins go, but now you can enjoy getting know more people and hopefully get more support in the message boards
