I was thinking we were going to be putting in total calorie deficit from diet and exercise so I over estimated by 4k calories. Won't change the goal but I'll know for next time.
Mon: 788 walked 5 miles + 20min kettlebells 300 calories = 1088
Tues: 683 walked 4.5 miles = ( I never ended up doing my abs this day so recalculating)
Wed: 473 calories walked 3 miles
Thur: 473 calories walked 3 miles
Fri: 662 walked 5 miles @ 3mph
Sat: 232 walked 35min @ 3mph + 610 walked 80min @ 3.5mph
Sun: 1159 walked 152 min @ 3.5mph (2 hour walk at 5am and then afternoon walk 2miles)
Total: 5380
Left to go 3120
