    I was thinking we were going to be putting in total calorie deficit from diet and exercise so I over estimated by 4k calories. Won't change the goal but I'll know for next time.

    Mon: 788 walked 5 miles + 20min kettlebells 300 calories = 1088
    Tues: 683 walked 4.5 miles = ( I never ended up doing my abs this day so recalculating)
    Wed: 473 calories walked 3 miles
    Thur: 473 calories walked 3 miles

    1st time doing this challenge. Next time:
    1. try to post daily
    2. Use only MFP data imported from runtastic for walks/runs
    3. set realistic goals. See above.
