Anyone else have trouble sticking to plan on the weekends?
I have a huge problem getting in all my water on the weekend. At work, I have a liter bottle that sits on my desk, and I just chug that as I work, filling it twice. At home - I might get in a couple of glasses. I'm just never in the same place, so I'd have to carry water around with me, or stop what I'm doing to go get more.....and it just never seems to happen.
I also have a tough time with the food....since I'm home, I feel like I shouldn't use the 'convenience' foods, but rather save those for carrying to work, etc. So I feel like I ought to use the ones that need 'cooking' prep, like the eggs, etc. Trouble is, I kind of hate to cook, even though I like those foods. The 'easy' foods like the bananas and apples on my counter just call to me. (And cereal...always cereal. I'm fixing that next month though, with more MF cereal...that way I can have it every day.)
I also seem to get 'hungrier' on the weekends.....or maybe it's just that I don't have the same routine, so there's more 'time' to think about food, and fewer distractions that won't let me think about food, or get hungry, until it's time to eat again.
At any rate, on the weekends, this feels like it's a struggle to stay on plan and feel full.....whereas I have little problem during the week. It almost makes me wish there was no weekend - at least until I get this weight gone!

I'm very lucky in that my M-F work is at home...grandkids....so every day is the same. I used to maybe get 8 oz of water down a day, now I"m up to 100 oz or more simply by making myself. i also love the berry infusers so use them to get 32 oz down. My weight loss is helped by all the water, so keep that in mind to help you drink drink drink! I also crave water now where before I didn't.
I bought lots of cereal and bars on my last order because it's warming up and I don't often feel like soups now. Good luck, and don't give up.0
