What's your exercise?

Eleven weeks into this, I'm finally beginning to think about exercise. I haven't done much before, because to be honest - I'm a lazy bones. There are simply other things I'd rather do with my time!
(And I've kind of been afraid of it - I've tried to lose weight with exercise before, but the times I've tried (and believe me, I've tried), the weight has gone *nowhere*, just leading to discouragement. Why bust my butt for NO results, you know?)
Anyway, I was simply curious what kind of exercise y'all do, if you do any at all, and what your routine is.
I have an elliptical, which I'll probably use some, and I have one particular Leslie Sansone tape that I really like (and it seemed to be the only thing that's assisted with weight loss for me in the past). I enjoyed doing P90 last summer (not X), even though I got no results, but I think I'll probably leave that for once I'm in maintenance, so I can more easily add in extra protein.

Since I have just restarted Medifast I am not doing any exercise. When I was on it before, I did Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone, light toning exercises and some yoga/stretch.0
