I have started C25K in March, I did first 4 weeks, than I stopped, I was sick a lot in a winter.
I have sign up for 5K in 2 weeks. So I need to finish my training ( 4 weeks ) in 2 weeks. Do you think it will be a good idea to run everyday? I will finish the program on Saturday, and I will have 5 K on Sunday. So probably I will be able to run 5 k only once before the race.
What would you suggest?
I ' m also looking for new friends who are runners. So feel free to add me!
Thanks!

Rest days are as important as run days.
Let's take the 5k off the table for a minute. If you need to run/walk it, there is no shame in that - you will have started and finished a 5k and that's an accomplishment. We're probably only talking a 15 minute (or less) difference.
I'm not a coach or an expert, but my experience is that week 5 and six is a turning point where you consolidate a lot of the conditioning and skill that you spend the previous weeks building. I don't know how much you were running through the winter or whether you maintained your week four fitness but, if not, I'd suggest starting again at week 1 and then skipping a session or two at a time if the runs are too easy.
Pushing yourself too hard won't be good for you physically in the long run, and it will make the running suck so you won't be motivated either.
Good luck with the program and let us know how it goes!0
