Bigger appetite lately?

Hey guys, I was just wondering after reading the primal blueprint it suggests that we listen to our bodies and eat only when hungry... Which I get HOWEVER , lately I find myself hungrier than usual
I'm 5'8, weigh 145 and do p90x 6/7 days a week as well as sprint train 3x a week. I like to think I am fairly active as I do go for walks daily as well. I average out usually around1500 cals a day sometimes a little more sometimes a little less and my macros are : 10% carb, 60% fat and 30% protein. Any suggestions as to why this might be happening. Plz note I'm new to paleo as well so I'm still tryna figure everything out
Thanks!
Thanks!

With that much activity, I'd say wanting more than 1500 calories a day is natural.0

I am new to paleo also. I have had a reduced appetite this week, which is my first week. I am no where near as active as you are. Perhaps you are not getting enough. I am using 1500 to 1800 calories for weight loss and do very little exercise. Just a thought.0

Yah thanks I decided to calculate my tdee and eat 20% less of the recommended so i switched mfp cals to 1880 and on days where I'm overly active ill add in a couple hundred.... Hopefully this works0

agreed that you are very active and your body needs the calories ....since I started weight training along with my cardio I found I was hungry more, I listened to my body and no weight gain from fat, more muscle!!0

Could be from the nicer weather, I notice I'm more active with more sunshine, daylight, being outdoors more, etc.0

Once you become fat adapted you should be less hungry. However with the amount of working out you are doing is probably making you more hungry. Most paleo folks believe less is more when it comes to fitness. I did Zumba for an hour this morning and did a little arms with barbells and free weights. I'm starving today as a result. I only feel this way when I do Zumba. My body screams at me when I do a lot of cardio because it wants carbs.0

You can download a free Ebook of the primal blueprint fitness from marks daily apple. It should give you a good idea of what fitness would ideally look like with this lifestyle. I'm not preaching by any means because Zumba is definitely not part of the plan.0
