On rest days...you feel like you should be working out? I almost go through a withdrawal of working out. I am so used to doing it everyday that when rest day comes i don't do any vigorous exercise i do normally take as a rest but i find that i get fidgety, that i feel like i should be working out!

    Personally I'm not like that, when my rest day comes about, I rest lot!!! lol

    But I know what you mean. My husband can't take a rest day. He has to up and doing something, whether it's shadow boxing or stretching.

    Maybe you could do something light like stretching, just to let your muscles feel relaxed but you still feel like you've done something.

    I agree with Darkladymelz! Streching or even a light walk could ease your mind and restlessness. Although! I actually recommend you use the off days to look over nutrition! Not stating you need to work on it, but I use Sundays to go over my diary and see if there is anything I could improve in the upcoming week! I even look up new and interesting recipes and ways to enhance the value of my food! I also get my shopping list done on my rest day and if you can make it out to the shops I would totally do it! Just my two cents!

    Hehe nope, I enoy the lie in :) However, I found that having 2 days off in a rwo last week meant coming back in was really hard, so I'm a bit concerned that rest week will be like that too. Might get up at the same time and go for a walk or something.
