Week 5 day 2

Yesterday was week 5 day 2 for me. I was worried at first about the 8 minutes, but when it came time to walk, I was able to keep going. I did the entire workout at my 6mph jog (aside from the warm up, then I cooled down). And I felt great afterward! But then again, I was on a treadmill indoors with a nice fan. I am super pumped about day 3 now. I am thinking in 2 weeks I am going to try my first 5k. Yay!
