To all of my EM2WL friends here is a visual demonstrating what happens when we replace body fat for muscle and why the weight scale is not always a good indicator of progress. Take measurements and pictures. One of the best methods to get there is via strength training using compound movements. Lift heavy my friends and see your body recompose before your eyes. Though I have only recently lost just 4 pounds I have dropped 2 pant sizes , 1" around my neck, and my man boobs have been replaced with solid pecs. All that in 5 months of lifting.
