Going to take a break from the running. I have been getting sick and throwing up every time after I run here lately. I am not sure what that is all about, but definitely going to try something different for a while and try to pick up the running again at a later time.
Monday - S1B7 - Completed
Tuesday - Had a major migraine from 3 in the afternoon until I went to bed. So I didn't do anything.
Wednesday - S1A8
Thursday - I got a workout DVD through NetFlix... I can't remember the name of it... Something about a body in 10 days though lol I plan on trying it out and seeing what it is all about.
Friday - S1B8 - last workout of Stage 1!!!! Wooohooo
Saturday - The hubby and I are having a mini getaway this weekend so there will be lots of walking and I am sure other activities that burn some calories.
Sunday - Same thing as Saturday.0 -

I've been having terrible sugar/fat cravings this week. Normally I can indulge a little and stay within my TDEE but I've been eating about 700 cals a day over for three days! I don't have time to exercise them off today.0 -

@ Salanum - I don't know what is going on! I do get quite heated, but not anymore than when I do DVD workouts and such. Hubby thinks it may be that my body is not use to the constant running movement. I just don't know. I thought maybe when I eat vs when I run might have played a part. So I tried different things such as waiting so long after I ate to run or waiting so long after I ran before I ate and nothing has helped. I really like running, it's kind of like an adrenaline rush. But really not worth the feeling and sickness afterwards. I am hoping I can come back to it later.0 -

PBsMommy, I've never tried to run, and I keep thinking I should do the C25K thing once it gets cooler in the fall. The few times I've done exercise outside and felt like passing out or vomiting were occasions when I let myself get overheated. Maybe dehydration is a factor too?

I went to my lil brother's baseball practice after work and time just got away from me.

@ Salanum - I don't think it's a hydration issue... I stay pretty hydrated, but of course you never know. I don't feel like I am going to faint, I just get extremely nauseous after running, never while I am running. I read somewhere that I may be cooling down to fast and need to allow more time to cool down... Idk?0 -
