Hi All,
Just had to share this morning. On average I have ate 2500 calories a day with an average burn of 294 calories (a mix of cardio and Strength training) a day for the past week. This would equate to 2241 calories netted per day. In this last week I have actually lost 600 grams (1.32 pounds). I have been using Hey Bales spreadsheet and LBM has stayed the same and Fat Loss has dropped. After years of intensive cardio, low calories and low carbs I hope I am on the road to recovery!
Thanks guys for all your informative advice and support.
