Garmin to Endomondo to Mifitnesspal..?

Hello. I got a Garmin swimtraining watch recently. Myfitnesspal cannot import the data but Endomondo can and since I have connected the first with the latter... So, I got the app, now I wonder if anyone know how I get the work-out data from Endomondo to Myfitnesspal?

Any other input on how to use this gadget cleverly is of course also welcome.
