Ok admit it, when you transition to paleo/primal, you have that one thing that's so hard to give up. In years past mines been pizza, this time around its Dr. Pepper. What was yours and how long did it take to kick?

Hmm...I'm trying to think what it is this time. Thankfully I don't have much to tempt me in my house. Eating out is the toughy. I had qdoba this past week, passed on the beans but the cilantro-lime rice made its way into my naked burrito. I'm glad I didn't have any reaction to it, but I'm sure too many days like that will stall my weight loss (and add to cravings). I'm such a foodie though, that it's hard for me to say "never" about any certain food. That would be why I still have half a box of pasta sitting in my cabinet. I like knowing that the option is there, but then remembering how I feel when I eat it keeps me in check. I'm pretty much past the cravings now, and I'm super glad about that! If you just kick your Dr. Pep for a few days, eat up LOADS of fat, and drink lots of water, you'll get there too!!

I've heard chromium helps with sugar (carb?) cravings. I have a heck of a time with sugar.
