I've read in a few different reports that my symptoms (fatigue, moodiness, always cold,) can be attributed to lack of iron. Women my age need 18mg of iron daily. You can get that from enriched cereals, I know, but I'm not a big cereal eater. I know that 3 cups of spinach per day equal 18mg of iron. I guess I could blend it up and drink it, as spinach doesn't really have a taste when it's blended. Any way, does anyone else have any tips for taking in more iron?

One tip I've learned was to pair anything iron-rich with something that's high in vitamin C, as the vitamin helps the iron absorb.
