Day 18 for Me!

I know most of you are getting ready to start Combat, but I started mine a couple weeks ago. Yesterday was Day 18 for me..Had to do a couple of doubles this past week to stay on track, but I am where I need to be. Last night was my rest night, but I got in 2 miles on the treadmill in 25 minutes at a slow jog ( I am not a runner), then I am also doing a Crunch Challenge and got in 125 Crunches on top of that! My fat cells were burning and screaming! Yes I love that feeling! So tonight is Day 19 and I have LES MILLS COMBAT > COMBAT 60: EXTREME CARDIO FIGHTER on the books for tonight! What are y'all doing?

    WOW!! You are a beast!! :) I wasn't feeling working out yesterday so I skipped it. had to listen to my body. Today is a rest day for me but I'll be going to the gym to run since I am starting training for the Tough Mudder in October as well so I gotta get my mileage up! :)
