Exercise spreadsheet

Please join in if you would like to get involved, this idea was suggested to me by a MFP user who had done this before.
Simply enter your MFP name, the goal amount of calories that you would like to burn each week into the spreadsheet, and at the end of each week (there are 10 weeks) enter the total amount of calories that you have burned to the spreadsheet.

    Hmmmm decisions decisions...
    MFP gives me a goal of 770... which is hardly anything really... C25K burns about 300 each time that 3 times a week is 900... I need to find something to do on the in between days still... this week so far I've burnt 1600... but then when I find something that will add on a few more... but I still want to challenge myself... hmmm

    I like the spreadsheet! This will help keep me motivated to get a workout in 6 days a week :drinker:
