Today, I went to the park ALONE and ran 5k. It felt good to get all the way through it, for a change (since I usually become distracted and quit early when my husband and lil girl are there). Unfortunately, I forgot to eat lunch beforehand (grrrrr. I'm so dense sometimes...I think I need a coach), but since I didn't do the usual 30-45minutes worth of 37+pound tot-carrying beforehand, I had enough energy to keep going today. My son and I grabbed some ice cream (I got the 0%sugar) and walked all the way home. Not bad. Gonna have to do some HG exercises tonight.

Just checking in. I've been reading the daily threads, just haven't been up to much to post about. I haven't been exercising and the last 2-3 days my lower back has a twinge and feels very tight, like it may go out if I do too much. I don't recall doing anything to aggravate it... so, I'm just taking it easy and trying to stick to my TDEG or at least under my TDEE with calories. I think I'll do some more Just Dance 4 with the kids after nap. The kids and I all had lots of fun doing it yesterday.

Just did Fitness Blender's Red Light Green Light HIIT cardio workout. (18 min.) I may do something else later on. Would like to go for a run tonight or tomorrow morning if the storms clear out.

I ended up doing C25K after dinner. 18 minutes jogging 16 minutes walking.0
