kettlebells for fat loss

Hi,

I'm 23% bf and want to get down to 18% (my ultimate goal is 15%)

Is slow cardio (walking 1 hour ) 7 days a week and working with kettlebells 4-6 days a week going to help me accomplish this? Or should I just lift regular weights instead of kettlebells?

im also intermittent fasting. im 128 pounds and 5"7

    This is what I am doing but I can burn a lot of calories just by walking due to my size.

    I like both, but I think kettlebell is going to be a better use of your time unless you are very advanced as a weight lifter. Kettlebell will give you the metabolism boost you get from weights plus aerobic and even anaerobic exercise. You can do a similar thing in the weight room, aka circuit training.
