    Sorry, I haven't been around! It's been crazy here the last few days & we're having a going away party tonight so I won't be able to workout until tomorrow. My brother ended up coming into town unexpectedly the other day too & he's here until tomorrow morning, haha. I feel awkward working out in front of my family so it's been hard to get anything in.

    I ran on my treadmill a bit while he was here though, so at least that was something. :P
