Day 1

I'm new to MFP & am just starting my diet/exercise plan. I've tried to do this MANY times & always give up a few weeks in. I need some support & tough love to help keep me in line!!

    Have you got a different plan this time to the times before? I tried to do the same thing over and over because it had once helped me lose weight, but it stopped working, so I found a better way of life to stick to forever :) I hope you do too!

    I'm hoping that logging everything on MFP will help me & also having other people on here as support!!
