This week is the halfway point! Great job to everyone that's stuck with it, and for those of us that have fallen behind, there is still plenty of time to get close to that goal by Labor Day!
I want to challenge everyone this week to take however long you need to reflect on what you've done in your weight loss so far, what's work, what hasn't, and make five personal goals (fitness, wearing a certain article of clothing, etc. ) as well. If you all could share this on this thread when you've done that, then we can see not only what works for others, but where we all will be.
As far as other challenges:
1. Log everyday and everything!
2. Running- try out a new trail, course, one you haven't done for a while. Or try to go a distance further than you usually go.
3. Online/videos- try to do at least 10 minutes a day of some sort of youtube video or home video work out, whether it be dance, yoga, etc. on top of your usual routine. There are some great work outs to try, especially on youtube, and switching up your routine can really help shake that weight down!
4. Limit yourself to one sweet (i.e. cookie, cake, whatever) a day, not including fruit or things that are naturally sweet
5. Limit yourself to 3 alcoholic beverages this week maximum, or if soda is your problem/whatever your problem drink or food may be, substitute that!
Hope that helps! I'm so proud of how far so many of you have gotten, keep up the good work!

I'm really going to try the above challenges this week. I'm very good at logging but my worry is Monday is the last day we work with the dietician so I really want to ensure I can be accountable on my own.0
