Anyone thought of what we could do for August?

I like the way that this one was set up with starting with something basic and adding a new tier to each week.

I've found I do much better with exercise if I have a program to follow...but I don't know anything about creating something.

    I was thinking the same thing only yesterday.

    I was actually thinking we could continue the walking and change the mine challenges each week but I am open to other's ideas.

    I definitely want to continue the walking.
    Though I'm not sure adding the weight did anything but slow me down. When I compared it to the week without it, everything was the same except time :0(

    I too have enjoyed this challenge.... I would definitely enjoy continuing a challenge while adding and building things onto the workout...
    The weights were supposed to help with toning some muscles while you walked... It shouuld have gotten a little easier the by wk 3....
    It didn't necessarily slow me down... Just winded me a lil more while on.inclines...
    Let me know what ya'll come up with...
    Ya'll wanna work on increasing our ability to jog maybe???
