My start weight was 183.3 and when I weighed myself a couple of days in I'd gained over a pound!

Hopefully when I weigh myself on Friday I've started to lose.

I did lose an inch under my bust, 1/4 inch from my waist and 1/2 inch from my hips though.

well the inch loss wasn't just 30DS, I only started that on Friday and rested on Sunday, but I had been dieting, lifting and running for nearly a week before that. Not that I can lift much lol!

The measurements were taken on Sunday after starting just over a week before I think.

So discouraged now. Just done my weight and measurements, I have lost 1/4 of a pound (bearing in mind last week I gained more than that) and all of my measurements are the same. Photos look exactly the same. Not sure why I'm bothering now because I have lost weight before and the first few weeks are usually the best, in my case, since I started working out I have gained overall.
