My name is Charlene, i'm 21 and ready to shift this weight once and for all. I've tried the shred before but only got to day 10 but i saw great results in them 10 days and lost 6lbs.
And if so what are you doing and how are you finding it? I'm on week 2 of a 5k training plan so running every other day, 30DS every day (except Sunday), and also doing some walking and horse riding, and some weight training.
