Happy August GUys !!!
Post your starting July stats and your stats/measurements as of August 1st ;
July - 190lbs ( i went thru TOM nd shot all the way up to 197 ! yikes ! )
Bust 38 - Waist 34.5 - Hips 41.5 - Arms 14 - Thighs 25
August - 186
Bust 37 - Waist 33.5 - Hips 41 - Arms 13.5 - Thighs 24.5
4lbs lost (its more since i gained but im going wit what i started)
3.5 inches lost in total !
July Goals -
- RUN FOR 5 MINS * i ran 7 min without stopping *
- COMPLETE ALL 3 LEVELS THE BIGGEST LOSER IN A DAY * yup i completed this goal ! *
- HAVE A CONSISTENT WEEKLY WEIGHTLOSS * work in progress lol *
- WATCH MY SODIUM * went frm 2500mg to 2100mg *
AUGUST GOALS -
- have a consistent weightloss
- work on abs for 30 min 4x a week
- run for 8 min without stopping
- decrease sodium to 2000mg
- stay between 100 - 114g of of Carbs
- burn 800 cals / eat 1300 cals

July Goals: Reach 196 lbs (exceeded by 3.8 lbs)
Drink a gallon of water a day *achieved*
August: 194.6 (really at 192.2 but Aunt flo is visiting.. smh)
Really lost 10 this month but with the time of the month happening and all, an 8 pound loss for the month is good enough for me.
I will measure once miss flo is gone because I'm more than likely really bloated right now since I officially started yesterday. :frown:
My goals for August:
Reach 186 lbs (Pre-pregnancy weight).
16-20 glasses of water a day.
Do 20 min ab work 3x's a week.
Get HIIT workouts in on my strength days.0 -

::::::::+Well Guys Im not at 190 but pretty damn close Im at 191.6!! Im pretty happy about that!! Lost an inch in my waist and starting to see some muscle woohoo Also lost an inch around my bust and half inch around my right leg and.25 around my right arm. Loosing Inches and Pounds ! Anddd I Upped MY Calories from 1200 to 1500 and Im eating back my exercise calories!!!!! Improvements yay soo happpy, After All thats what its all about!!!!!+:::::::::::::::

-mix up my cardio and strength exercises instead of doing toning all the time
- reach 190 by August 30th and STAY there

These were my July Goals: Looks like as of July 13 (I joined on the 11th) I was 300.5 I did not do measurements until mid July and I am only doing them once a month
-Drink 50 oz of water a day-I killed it
- Do Zumba atleast once a week- TWICE A WEEK
- Pay attention to what I am eating and not just eating because- I HAVE
- Working out atleast 3 times a week - DEFINITELY usually 5 times a week once to twice a day
Starting August at 294.8 (6lbs in 24 days)
-Continue logging daily
-Complete level 1 of 30DS
-Start a C25K program0 -
As of August 1, 2012 my weight was 211.6! Lost 4 lbs last month woohoo!
(will post meassurements later)
Goals for August:
1. get back into a routine once my kiddos start school!
2. keep the scale moving down instead of up! At least 4 lbs this month which is doable I did it last month!
3. start going to sleep earlier so I get some good rest!
4. Start pushing myself to believe in me more!0
