So the Challenge Begins

I wish everyone success this month as we strive to drop 10 unwanted pounds. Just for the record I weighed in at 201.4. I'm hoping to see 191.4 or less on Aug. 31st. This will also help me to accomplish my goal in another group I'm in for people over 200 who want to get into Onederland :bigsmile: Go Team!!!!

    Good luck everyone! My starting weight is 169. I would love to see 159 by the end of the five weeks but really any loss will make me happy.

    My starting weight is 298.8 and I'd love to get down to 288.8 by end of month. Although, I will be satisfied with a 5 pound loss, if that is what happens. My goals are set to lose 1 pound a week, not two...but I figure I am in the "sweet spot" of just starting to lose weight and it should fall off much faster.

    I'm at SW: 156, and if I can't make the GW of losing ten pounds in Aug. to be at 146 by Sep. 1st, then I'm going for under 150 to satisfy me! :) Ultimate GW of 135 by November!

  • My starting weight is 215lbs, hoping to get down to 205lbs by the end of august. I have a 47 mile cycle in september I'm taking part in so will be trying to get plenty of training in to help me to my goal. I've only managed to lose 8lbs this year so far so hoping this will give me the momentum I need. I'm also new on here, so feel free to add me as a friend if you wish.

    Wow, love all the posts I am seeing. So just to include mine.... My starting weight is 240, looking forward to hitting 230 (and maybe break into 220s).     Hello everyone!

    I messaged mine in yesterday but figured I would add here as well since I saw everyone else is :smile:

    Starting weight is 157 lbs and really looking foward to 147 lbs because that will put me at just 2 lbs away from my goal!!!

    Hello All,
    I really need help in making the scale budge. i don't obsess about it, but I am freakin' tired of being stalled. I started this with MFP in January and have only lost 22 pounds. I know, be grateful, right? And I am, but come on!! Enough already! opefully this challenge will help me be remotivated and kick it into high gear. Losing 10 pounds this month would be mind blowing! Any advice from you all would be much appreciated. My diary is open. Good luck to all and happy losing:)
